1. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of India. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage or disrupt the Service.

4. Membership & Compensation Plan

The Service operates as a direct selling and network marketing platform. By joining as a member, you understand and agree that:

  • Members are placed in a binary genealogy under their sponsor in either the left or right leg.
  • Earnings depend on individual effort, network activity, package level, and adherence to the published compensation plan.
  • There are no guaranteed earnings — see our Earnings Disclaimer for full details.
  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Kamalvasini.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including direct selling guidelines issued by the Government of India.

5. Payments, Refunds & Withdrawals

  • Package purchases, e-pin transfers, and top-ups are processed through our authorised payment channels.
  • Withdrawals are processed via IMPS or bank transfer subject to KYC verification and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
  • Commission payouts are calculated according to the compensation plan as published in your member dashboard.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our refund policy. Activated packages are generally non-refundable once commissions have been paid out on them.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (profile information, posts, messages, support requests, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this licence and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by Kamalvasini or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Service may include advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services or advertisers. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAMALVASINI MARKETING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KAMALVASINI MARKETING AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kamalvasini, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
